If you’re on iOS, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the purchase, and explain why you need a refund. Easy peasy!

Good luck getting a refund from any mobile game. They make it tricky on purpose.

I got a refund by contacting Bandai Namco's support directly. They were super helpful and processed it pretty fast. Try that if the app store options don’t work!
