Had a stuck disc once—just forcefully turned off the console and gave it a good shake while holding the eject button. Worked like a charm!

Turn off your PS3 completely and unplug it. Hold down the eject button while you plug it back in and turn it on. The disc should pop out!

Use the manual eject screw method if the standard eject doesn’t work. Remove the hard drive cover, find the manual eject screw, and turn it with a small screwdriver to release the disc.
