To join a team in Pokemon GO, you need to reach Level 5 by catching Pokemon and spinning PokeStops. Once you're there, visit a Gym, and you'll be prompted to choose between Team Mystic, Team Valor, or Team Instinct. Choose wisely, trainer!

Get to Level 5, then go to a Gym and pick your team. You got three choices: Mystic (blue), Valor (red), or Instinct (yellow). Good luck!
