Just keep evolving Eevee randomly. Eventually, you’ll get a Vaporeon. RNG can be a real pain sometimes!

To evolve your Eevee into a Vaporeon, the water type, you can use the nickname trick! Just name your Eevee 'Rainer' before evolving it. You can only use this once though, so make it count!
