If you really want to try admin cars, your best bet is to become friends with a game admin and hope they'll let you test one out!
Admin cars are exclusive to admins and developers. Becoming part of the dev team is the only legit way.
Unless you know the developer personally, admin cars are outta reach. But hey, plenty of sweet rides you can unlock by grinding!
If you ain't an admin, admin cars aren't gonna happen. Stick to the regular vehicles. They're awesome too!
