You can get a good amount of alien alloys by completing Guerrilla Ops and Council Missions. Don't forget to check the black market for deals if you're short!

Honestly, just keep doing missions. They basically throw alien alloys at you. You'll never need to worry about them.

Easy peasy! Just raid alien UFOs and supply convoys; they're loaded with alloys. Make sure to keep scanning for those special missions too!
