You can get an Eye (the Rukiryaxe) by trading with other players or sometimes through special events. It's rare but definitely worth the hunt!
Honestly, the best way is to ask around and see if anyone's willing to trade. I've gotten mine simply by making friends and striking deals.
Some players have had luck finding Eyes during game events or by trading exclusive items. Be active in the community and you might snag one!
