Actually, I've found that joining events, especially the “Encryptid” event, gives you a high chance of getting Assaultron Circuit Boards upon completion. It's tough but worth it!

To snag an Assaultron Circuit Board in Fallout 76, you've gotta do a bit of hunting. First stop - take down Assaultrons, those pesky robot foes, especially around military compounds or during specific quests. These robots don’t give up their loot easily, so come prepared for a fight. Another pro tip? Check out player vendors. Some adventurers might be selling what you need. Finally, keep an eye on event rewards. Events involving robots or military themes might just drop that precious circuit board you’re after.

Short and sweet: Best bet to get an Assaultron Circuit Board? Beat down Assaultrons or scavenge player shops. Good luck, wastelander!

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
