To get black flowers in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, you gotta play mad scientist with your flower breeding! Plant red roses next to each other and water them daily. With a bit of luck and patience, black roses will start to pop up! Works similarly with other flowers but remember, it's all about those red ones for the gothic garden of your dreams.

Not to be that person, but why go for black when there are so many vibrant colors to choose from? Just saying, ACNH is all about that color life!

Simply put: use red flowers. Whether it's roses, tulips, or lilies, planting them next to each other and watering them regularly will give you a chance to spawn black flowers. It's like rolling the dice in a genetics game every morning when you check your garden!

As someone who's been gardening in Animal Crossing since it dropped, I can confirm the struggle is real but oh-so-rewarding. Red roses are your best bet for black roses, but don't overlook the joy of experimentation! Sometimes, you get the coolest results from just trying different combinations. And remember, watering is key!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
