Honestly, it's just pure luck. There's no legit way to change the airport color once your island is set. You either get blue, green, yellow, or orange. If you're not too fussy, remember that the color doesn't affect gameplay. It's all about aesthetics!

The color of the airport in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is totally random when you start a new game. It's determined the first time you load up your island, so if you're dead set on a blue airport, you're gonna have to keep restarting your game until you get it. Make sure you haven't saved anything yet, or you'll have to delete your save data to start over!

I restarted my game like 5 times to get my blue airport. It was a pain, but totally worth it for my aesthetic vibes. Just keep at it, and you'll eventually land (pun intended) on the one you want.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
