A bent paperclip can often save the day! Just insert it into the manual eject hole (found beneath the PS4 logo on the front panel), and your disc should come right out.
Simply use a paperclip! Straighten it and insert it into the manual eject hole on the side of your PS4.
Just hold down the eject button for 10 seconds with the PS4 powered down. If that doesn't work, then time to break out the paperclip!
