Actually, you can also add Discord as a non-Steam game. Just go to Desktop mode, install Discord through the browser, then add it to your Steam library as a 'Non-Steam Game'. This way, you can access Discord directly from the Steam interface. Neat, huh?

Getting Discord on your Steam Deck is pretty straightforward! You've gotta switch your Steam Deck to Desktop mode first. Then, just open up the Discover software center, search for Discord, and hit install. Boom, now you've got Discord ready to go. When you wanna use it, just switch back to Gaming mode and Discord will be there, running in the background.
