Epic Games doesn't make it easy, but you can try installing the Epic Games Store through Lutris or Heroic Launcher and launch Fortnite from there.

Sadly, Fortnite's not officially supported on the Steam Deck due to anti-cheat compatibility issues. Your best bet is to run Windows on it!

I've managed to get it working by dual-booting Windows on my Steam Deck. It took some effort, but it runs great now!
