That's where you can buy the plans for the jetpack mod for the X-01 Power Armor. Not gonna lie, it's a bit of a grind, but totally worth it for that sweet, sweet aerial view.

To snag yourself a jetpack in Fallout 76, you're gonna need to get your hands on some Power Armor first. Once you've got that, head on over to the Armor Workbench and get ready to craft. You'll need the plan for the jetpack mod, which you can sometimes find at vendor bot Phoenix in Watoga Shopping Plaza. Just remember, crafting this bad boy isn't cheap. You'll need a bunch of materials including stable flux, which isn't exactly lying around everywhere.
Just buy one from another player. Honestly, farming for materials and plans is a pain.
Jetpacks are cool and all, but remember, they eat up your AP like crazy when you use them. So make sure you're ready for that.
