You gotta grind those battles in Great and Ultra Leagues. Once you’ve sparred enough, you’ll unlock Master League and can show off your top-tier Pokémon.

From my experience, the easiest way is to keep battling in the GO Battle League. Eventually, you'll unlock the Master League. Focus on improving your team!
