You can catch Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno by participating in 5-star Raid Battles when they're available. Keep an eye on event announcements!

Honestly, the best way to get them is to wait for them to rotate back into Raids during special events. Niantic loves to recycle them!

Hatch them from 7 km eggs during special events or trade with friends if they have spares. Got my Zapdos that way!
