You can increase space by purchasing Bag Upgrades and Pokemon Storage Upgrades from the shop using PokeCoins. Gotta catch 'em all... and store 'em!

I always make sure to visit PokéStops and gyms to get those extra storage upgrades. Trust me, it's worth it.
