Getting the Needle Spine mutation in Fallout 76 is a bit like rolling dice, because you gotta expose yourself to some good ol' radiation. Best bet is to find a place swimming in rads and take a dip. The Emmett Mountain Disposal Site or any nuked location should do the trick. Just remember, there's no guarantee which mutation you'll get, so you might have to try a few times. And if you end up with something you don't want, you can always use RadAway to remove mutations and try again. Good luck mutating!

Just jump into a pool of nuclear waste and hope for the best! Needle Spine, here you come (hopefully)!

Actually, getting mutations is random. You might not get Needle Spine on your first try. Best approach is to keep exposing yourself to radiation and see what you get. Remember, it's all chance based.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
