Head to Settings > Power Saving Settings > Set Functions Available in Rest Mode and enable 'Stay Connected to the Internet'. Some games automatically switch to performance mode!

Performance mode on PS4? Just lower your game's resolution in the settings if it supports it. It's as simple as that.

To enable performance mode on your PS4, first, ensure your game supports it. Then, go to Settings > Sound and Screen > Video Output Settings > Resolution and set it to 1080p for best performance. Enjoy smoother gameplay!

Played plenty of games on my PS4. Go into the game's settings and look for a performance mode option. Often, you'll need to toggle it from 'Quality' to 'Performance'.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
