I had this issue before. Just hold down the power button until it turns off completely, then turn it back on. Worked for me!

Had this problem last week! Try reconnecting all your cables and make sure they're snug before powering it back on.

You might need to try 'Restore File System' if a simple restart didn't work. You鈥檒l find it in the Safe Mode menu.

Try restarting your PS3 and selecting 'Restart System' from the Safe Mode menu. That often does the trick!
