The easiest way is to use the PlayStation App on your phone. Once you link it to your PS5, you can download clips to your phone and then transfer them to your PC via USB or cloud services like Google Drive.

Why bother with all that? Just stream directly to YouTube or Twitch from your PS5 and then save the VODs on your PC.
