Just buy it from a merchant! Yeah, you can totally buy refined iron from the item shops in some cities, like the Capsule Corporation. Who needs mining anyway?
Honestly, just fly around mineral-rich areas and break rocks. It's tedious but worth it. Refined iron isn't super rare, so you'll get it eventually.
You gotta head to the East Ravine Area and smash those shiny mineral deposits! They usually drop refined iron, but if you get unlucky, just keep smashing!
