You can't really 'get rid' of 2km eggs, but you can hatch them quickly with a regular incubator. Easy peasy!

There's no way to delete eggs. So, just hatch 'em and hope for cool stuff inside!

Just walk it off! 2km eggs are the easiest to hatch. Consider them a warm-up for the bigger eggs.
