You can actually cancel a social task by visiting a neighbor's town. Just go and come back to your own town. That usually clears it up.

Hey there! If you want to get rid of social tasks, simply ignore them and focus on completing other non-social quests. You'll find that new tasks eventually replace the ones you don't complete.

Just hit the skip button, pay with LP, and move on with your sim-tastic life!

I never bother with social tasks. They鈥檙e a waste of time. Focus on what you enjoy in the game!

Pro tip: If you don't like a social task, just let it sit there. The game won't force you to complete it, and it won't affect your progress.

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
