To get a Salazzle, you need to evolve a female Salandit. Catching a female Salandit can be quite tricky since they're pretty rare in eggs from the 12 km Strange Eggs.

From personal experience, getting Salazzle involved a lot of walking and hatching those 12 km Strange Eggs. Stick with it and you'll get there!
