Getting Sludge Lung in Fallout 76 is like a badge of honor for the truly adventurous or hilariously unfortunate. Head over to any area with toxic air, like the Ash Heap region. Don't bother with your protective gear; just breathe in the sweet, polluted air, and before you know it, you'll be coughing up a storm. Remember, kids, safety last!

Sludge Lung, really? Just wear your gas mask. There's enough to worry about in Appalachia without adding lung disease to the list.

Actually, you want to be in areas with high levels of environmental hazards. The Mire is another good spot to catch Sludge Lung. Look for the heavy, toxic fog but make sure you've completed any important tasks first. Sludge Lung isn't just for looks; it'll mess with your stats.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
