How to Get a Stuck Disk Out of PS4
Turn off your PS4, unplug all the cables, then hold down the power button for about 30 seconds to drain any remaining power. Now, gently tilt the console and tap it on the sides or top to see if the disk dislodges. If that doesn't work, you may need to manually eject it using a small screwdriver and following Sony's official guide.

Unplug your PS4 and use a flashlight to locate the manual eject screw. Turn it using a Phillips-head screwdriver, and the disk should slowly come out. Just be gentle!
Use the manual eject screw or call Sony support. Don't go Hulk-smashing your PS4!
Had this happen to me last week. I just powered down the PS4, unplugged it, and left it for an hour. Came back, plugged it back in, and the disk ejected right away when I pressed the eject button. Simple but effective!
