Grind the Parallel Quests that have Time Patrollers in them. Defeat the Time Patrollers and you might get a Dragon Ball drop!

Do Parallel Quest 4: 'Prepare for the Attack of the Saiyans'. Fight the Time Patrollers at the end of the quest for a chance at a Dragon Ball.

Just fight and win against Time Patrollers in Parallel Quests. They sometimes drop Dragon Balls. It's a grind, but it works!
