Gifting games on Steam is super easy! First, find the game you want to gift in the Steam store and add it to your cart. Instead of clicking 'Purchase for myself,' select 'Purchase as a gift.' Then, you can choose to send it to a friend from your Steam friends list or enter their email address if they're not on Steam yet. Follow the prompts to personalize your gift with a message, and you're all set!

Just buy a Steam gift card, way easier. You don't have to worry about picking the wrong game, and they can choose what they really want.

I gifted a game last month to my friend for his birthday directly through Steam. It was pretty straightforward. Just make sure the friend you're gifting to doesn't already own the game. Learned that the hard way.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
