Turn off your PS4 completely, then hold the power button until you hear two beeps (about 7 seconds apart). Boom, you're in Safe Mode!

Make sure your PS4 is off. Press and hold the power button for about 7 seconds until you hear the second beep. Plug in your controller with a USB cable, and voila鈥擲afe Mode!
