One way to induce GPS drift on iOS is by toggling airplane mode on and off while the game is running. It's a bit hit-or-miss but worth a shot!

Try moving to an area with weak GPS signal or lots of tall buildings; that might induce some GPS drift. Worked for me in downtown!

Honestly, just walk around a bit. Sometimes the game GPS gets confused naturally, especially if you're in a signal dead zone.
