You gotta go to 'Settings' -> 'Accessory Settings' -> 'Audio Device Settings.' Set the 'Input Device' and 'Output Device' to your Bluetooth headset. Works like a charm!

I've done this! Pair the headset via 'Accessory Settings', then change 'Sound Settings' to 'Audio Output Settings' and select 'Output to Headphones' as 'All Audio'.
