Easy peasy! Just go to your game list, right-click on the game you wanna hide, select 'Manage' and then 'Hide this game'. Your friends won't see it in your library anymore. Steam's also got a 'Privacy Settings' page where you can tweak who sees what. Keep those guilty pleasures to yourself!
