To hide your helmet in Baldur's Gate 3 on PS5, go to the inventory screen, select the helmet, and there should be an option to hide it. Easy peasy!

In the inventory screen, just hover over your helmet and hit the 'Hide Helmet' option. Trust me, your character will thank you for letting their hair breathe.
