Mega Raids show up on gym icons with a mega symbol - it's like a regular egg but with some extra pizzazz!

When in doubt, check the gym for a mega symbol. If it's there, mega rare Pok茅mon incoming!

Open your Nearby screen and swipe over to the Raid tab. You'll see a mega symbol next to any Mega Raids.

Look for the big, intimidating egg with a swirling aura on the map. Mega Raids have a distinct icon that sets them apart.

I've noticed that the Raid Boss CP is crazy high in Mega Raids, so if you see that, you're golden!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
