How to Import XCOM 2 Characters into War of the Chosen
When you're starting a new game in War of the Chosen, you'll get an option to import characters from XCOM 2. Before the start of a new campaign, look for the 'Character Pool' option in the game's main menu. Just select it and you should see an option to import or export characters. Easy peasy!

There’s a built-in feature to do this. Go to the ‘Character Pool’ in the main menu of War of the Chosen, and select import. Done!
I imported my squad like a pro! Before starting a new game, I went to the main menu, selected Character Pool, and hit import. All my favorites from XCOM 2 were ready for action!
