Go to Settings > Sound and Screen > Video Output Settings > Adjust Brightness. Tweak it to your liking!

Hey there! I find it easiest to just increase the brightness through my TV settings. Works like a charm!

You can't adjust the brightness directly on the PS4. Adjust your TV settings instead.

Not possible on the PS4 itself. Use your TV remote for that!
