Taking your bonded soldiers on missions together often and keeping them alive will naturally increase their bond level. Save the world with friendship power!
Deploy your bonded buddies together constantly and they’ll level up pretty quick. Trust me, I’ve turned rookies into BFFs this way!
Honestly, just spam those Covert Actions and keep them together on missions. Easy peasy.
Also, don't forget to utilize the Training Center for advanced bonds!
