First, make sure you’ve downloaded the game from the PlayStation Store. Then, go to the 'Game' tab on the XMB, find the downloaded game under 'Game Data Utility,' and select 'Install.' Enjoy!

I’ve done this a zillion times. Head to the 'Game' tab on the XMB, locate 'Game Data Utility,' find your game, and hit 'Install.' Done and done!
