I use an emulator called RPCS3 to play it on my PC. It works great! You'll need the PS3 game files, and don't forget to check if your PC meets the emulator's requirements.

Hey there! Sadly, Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi is a console-only game with no official PC version. But you can use a PS3 or Xbox 360 emulator like RPCS3 or Xenia to play it on your computer. Make sure you own the game disc or a legal copy of the game files!
