Use Desktop Mode to download the Epic Games Launcher from their website. After downloading, add it to your Steam Library as a non-Steam game and install it from there.

First, switch to Desktop Mode on your Steam Deck. Open a web browser, go to the Epic Games Store website, and download the Epic Games Launcher installer. Then, add the installer to Steam as a non-Steam game and run it through Steam. Boom, you're good to go!
