First, download the game in ISO or folder format and transfer it to a USB drive. Plug the USB into your PS3, open Multiman, and locate the game under 'File Manager' or 'Games' tab. Finally, select the game, press X, and choose 'Copy' to install it on your PS3's internal drive.

You just need to copy the game files onto a USB drive, plug it into your PS3, and open Multiman. Look for the game in the 'File Manager' and hit the button to install. Easy-peasy!
