First, download the latest HEN files from a trusted source onto your PC. Next, copy the files to a FAT32-formatted USB drive. Plug the USB into your PS3, go to 'Settings' > 'System Update' > 'Update via Storage Media', and follow the prompts. Boom, you’re done!
