First, make sure your PS3 is jailbroken. Then, transfer the PKG file to a USB drive formatted to FAT32. Plug the USB into your PS3, navigate to 'Install Package Files' in the Game menu, and select your PKG file. Easy peasy!

Been there, done that! Jailbreak your console, pack the PKG file on a FAT32 USB, and head over to 'Install Package Files' in the Game menu. Takes just a few minutes!
