Super simple! Just power off your Steam Deck, then locate the micro SD slot on the bottom. Slide the micro SD card in there gently until it clicks. Power back up and you're all set to expand your game library!

Heads up, make sure your micro SD is formatted properly (FAT32 or exFAT for best results)! Otherwise, your Steam Deck might throw a fit and not recognize it.
