Put your p3t file on a USB stick in a folder structure like this: PS3/THEME. Then, plug the USB into your PS3, navigate to Settings -> Theme Settings -> Install, and install the theme from your USB stick.

First, download the .p3t theme to your USB drive. Create a folder named 'PS3' and within that, another folder named 'THEME'. Put the .p3t file in the 'THEME' folder. Plug the USB into your PS3, go to Settings, then Theme Settings, and select 'Install'. Choose your theme from the USB and voila, you're done!
