First, make sure your PS3 is jailbroken. Then, you can install package files by placing the .pkg files on a USB drive, inserting it into your PS3, and going to 'Install Package Files' under the 'Game' menu.

Just pop the .pkg files onto a USB drive, stick it in your PS3, and head to 'Game' -> 'Install Package Files'. Easy peasy!
