Installing the Rockstar Games Launcher on your Steam Deck is a bit of a workaround since it's not directly supported out of the box. First, make sure your Steam Deck is in Desktop Mode. Then, download the Rockstar Games Launcher from the official Rockstar website. You'll need to install Proton or Wine to run the installer, which can be done via the Discover Software Center in Desktop Mode. After installation, switch back to Gaming Mode and add the Launcher as a non-Steam game in your Steam Library. This way, you can access it directly from the Steam Deck's gaming interface!

Just boot into Desktop Mode and grab the Rockstar Games Launcher exe from their site. Use Proton to run it. Easy peasy.

Honestly, why bother? Just play the games that are directly available on Steam. Much less hassle.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
