Jumping in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is simple but a bit quirky! You can't jump whenever you want like in some adventure games. Instead, jumping is all about crossing rivers or gaps. You'll need a vaulting pole, which you get early on in the game by crafting. Just equip it, run up to a river or gap, and press the A button - voila, you're hopping across in no time!

Okay, so I've been playing ACNH since it dropped, and the whole jumping scene is pretty chill. You're not gonna be doing free jumps whenever you feel like it. It's not that game. But the vibe? Totally there with the vaulting pole. Craft it, equip it, and when you're facing a river that looks jumpable, hit that A button. You'll feel like the island's superhero, kinda.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
