Go to the PlayStation website, sign in, and change your password. This will log everyone out. Then, set up 2FA to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Pro tip from experience: Change your PSN password and then disable 'Primary PS4' on other systems. Don't forget to enable 2FA!
